Adjoin Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective 16 October 2026

Adjoin is operated by Delune Global FZE ("Adjoin", "we"). Payments are collected by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, and this policy follows Paddle's refund policy. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of the date of any charge. This applies to the first payment of a subscription, to each renewal, and to one-off purchases. Submit the request within that 14-day window and it will be processed in line with Paddle's refund policy. Once a refund is issued, access to the paid service ends.

Requests made more than 14 days after the charge are handled under the statutory rights that apply in your country of purchase, as set out in Paddle's refund policy.

2. How to request a refund

  • Use the Request refund link on the receipt Paddle emailed you, or go to paddle.net and select "Request refund".
  • Or email admin@adjoin.ae from the email address on your account with the charge date and the Paddle invoice or transaction reference, and we will arrange it with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method, generally within 14 days of approval.

3. Free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with no payment card. Nothing is charged during the trial, and the trial does not convert into a paid subscription unless you choose to subscribe. When it ends without a subscription, access to the MCP endpoint pauses and your connections and settings are kept.

4. Subscriptions and renewal

Monthly, 6-month and annual subscriptions renew automatically for further periods equal to the initial term until cancelled. Paddle charges the payment method on file at the start of each renewal period and emails a receipt for every charge. We will notify you in advance of any price change that applies to your renewal.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing → Manage billing, which opens the Paddle customer portal, or through the link in any Paddle receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep full access until then and you will not be charged again after that. If you cannot access Billing, email admin@adjoin.ae from the email address the subscription is billed under and we will cancel it for you.

6. Optional extras

Monthly extras are billed alongside your subscription, end when the subscription ends, and can be cancelled in the same way. One-off purchases are covered by the 14-day refund window in Section 1.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails, Paddle retries the payment method and emails you. While payment is outstanding, access to the MCP endpoint pauses and your connections and settings are kept. If payment is not received, the subscription is cancelled.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us or Paddle first so it can be resolved quickly, usually within one business day. Paddle may temporarily suspend access while a chargeback is open.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page with its effective date at the top.
